Job Title: Connections Coordinator
Schedule/Hours: Part-Time
Reports to: Executive Pastor

Summary: To be a networking leader, whose responsibilities include equipping and connecting people who are new or not connected to ministry at The Ridge. Use gifting and your skill set to coordinate and administer an environment that helps people discover and develop a connection with God and others that results in fully-connected and contributing members of Chestnut Ridge Church.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.):

Act as an ambassador for CRC by positively reflecting the vision, mission, strategy and values to those inside and outside our walls.
Be able to assess and advise attendees and volunteers as to how and where they can take their next steps towards God and within the ministry.

Connections

Oversee and participate in Guest Services, in meeting the needs of visitors.
Develop and lead processes for following up with visitors and connecting them to the life of the church through growth and service.
Oversee Baptism process at CRC.
Work with a team to develop a Newcomer’s Class & partnership process for attendees to connect to CRC.
Work with Adult Groups Ministry to assimilate new people into group life through Group Link, Starting Point, Short-term Groups, Family Ministry, etc.
