Chestnut Ridge Church (www.chestnutridgechurch.com) is seeking a full-time Audio/IT Specialist to create an immersive and impactful experience for our worship services and events, and assist with managing and maintaining our internal systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the Front of House audio console during worship services, special events, and productions to ensure high-quality audio.
• Work closely with ministry teams to understand the audio needs for various events and services, providing technical support and expertise; implement the stage layout and cable/mic runs for the execution of that event.
• Assist with recording audio for video/podcast production.
• Provide IT support for staff, volunteers and guests throughout the week and for Sunday services.
• Monitor, upgrade, install, troubleshoot, and maintain all physical and virtual IT systems, including, network infrastructure and backups, computer, tablet, and server hardware (Windows OS, Mac OS, and iOS) and server software, and wired and Wi-Fi infrastructure
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, file shares, and Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.)
• Maintain, update, and create network, systems, how-to, and other various documentations
• Maintain inventory of all hardware and systems
• Oversee various IT projects

Qualifications:

• Proven experience within audio equipment, including management, installation, and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience with support, computers, and servers (hardware and software), and networking experience.
• Organized and able to effectively manage time and multiple projects.
• Action-oriented and displays focus, passion, and initiative.
• Committed to improvement, seeks and receives constructive criticism, and understands strengths and weaknesses.
• Strong written and oral communicator.
• Familiarity and/or experience with Chestnut Ridge Church ministries is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
